What this site collects.
Short version: no cookies, no advertising trackers, no third-party fonts, no accounts, and no forms. The only way to give us your details is to email us on purpose.

We do not set cookies. That is also why there is no cookie banner — there is nothing to ask consent for.
When you visit a page
The site is static and hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Serving a page necessarily involves Cloudflare processing your IP address and request headers to deliver the content and to protect the site from abuse. That is Cloudflare acting as our hosting and CDN provider; see the Cloudflare privacy policy.
Web fonts are served from this domain, not from Google Fonts or any other font CDN, so visiting a page does not disclose your visit to a third party.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see whether anyone actually reads the site. It is deliberately chosen because of what it does not do: it sets no cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, does not track anyone across sites, and does not build a profile of you. What we see are aggregate counts — page views, referrers, country, browser and device class. We cannot identify an individual visitor from it.
If you email us
Mail sent to [email protected] is routed by Cloudflare Email Routing to a
Google-hosted mailbox. We keep that correspondence so we can follow up on it, and we use it for
nothing but replying to you and, where relevant, discussing a pilot. We do not add you to a
mailing list, and we do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone.
What we never do
- No advertising or retargeting pixels of any kind.
- No social-media embeds, chat widgets, or session recording.
- No selling or sharing of personal data.
- No automated decision-making or profiling.
Your rights
If you are in the EU, UK or a comparable jurisdiction, you have the right to ask what
personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to our processing
it, and to receive a copy. In practice, for anyone who has not emailed us, the answer is that
we hold nothing that identifies you. To exercise any of these rights, or to have your
correspondence deleted, write to [email protected] and we will act on it.
You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date above changes with it. The site is small enough that we do not keep an archive of previous versions; ask us if you need one.
Who is responsible
NightForeman is operated by a sole trader registered in Poland and is the data controller for the purposes of the GDPR. Full registration details — registered name, tax identification and postal address — are provided on request to anyone who needs them, including for a data-subject request or a supplier check.
